Our Flat tip hair extensions are easy to apply since the glue is already in place. At the end of the hair is a tip that is quite flat. You melt the glue with the fusing tool. Shedding is almost eliminated as every piece has glue on it. Glue section is much smaller and lays flatter. Our flat tip keratin bond is of a high grade which is even highly welcomed by customers with sensitive skin.

All of our hair products undergo several inspections before being shipped. Please enter your shipping information correctly, including the recipient’s full name, street address, e-mail address and phone number. Any incorrect shipping information provided by our customer that finally cause the lost of the package, Lilyhair would not take the responsibility. Once your package is in the possession of the shipping company, Lilyhair is not to be held accountable for any delays or issues with their service which are rare but can happen. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sunday and holidays. We ship worldwide for free and use DHL to ship our products by default. Other shipping options like UPS, FedEx, EMS can also be arranged as raised. We ship from Qingdao, China.
Tracking your order
You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier or our customer service group for help. Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
Wrong address disclaimer
All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. If it’s the wrong address that doesn’t exist, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
International taxes and duties
International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Lilyhair, and thus cannot be refunded.
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
Please note that DHL pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at destination, plus a small administration fee.

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers in order to investigate this issue. What are Pre Bonded Hair Extensions?
Pre bonded hair extensions, otherwise known as fusion bonded extensions are one of the most well-known techniques available on the market. One of the oldest methods available, it is still popular amongst hair extension technicians today, even with the development of newer methods such as micro rings and wefts.
There are several names for this process; Pre-Bonded, Nail Tip, U-Tip and Flat Tip. However all refer to the same method of fitting. The name ‘Pre-Bonded Hair Extensions’ is derived from the pre-tipped keratin bond at the top of each strand, the hair has been bonded previously rather than using loose hair during a fitting.
Pre-Bonded extensions are fitted using a heat gun, which melts the small keratin bond to a section of the client’s hair. Once melted the keratin is rolled between the technician’s fingertips to ‘fuse’ and cool into a solid bond.

What are the advantages of pre-bonded hair extensions?

What type of hair is Lilyhair?

Unlike other brands who use the so-called ‘remy hair’ that the most of which actually are fallen hair from the hair salons with no aligned roots or the unidirectional cuticles that ultimately call for the acid bath to remove the cuticles which is extremely hazardous to the hair and would make your hair extension extremely fragile.

Can I color, tone, or bleach my pre-bonded hair extensions?
You may color, tone, or bleach your pre-bonded hair extensions, because they are 100% human hair. But we do not recommend bleaching your lilyhair as they have already been dyed at our manufacture, and forcing bleach on hair that has already been dyed can be difficult.
If you truly want to bleach your hair extensions, please consider our virgin hair with natural color and not color-treated before. If you would like to dye your hair, please opt for a lighter set to dye darker, rather than a darker set to bleach lighter.
And please be reminded that never try to dye the set yourself at home. Get yourself a professional hair colorist, ideally, someone who has had previous experience working with hair extensions. Test a small piece first before you decide to dye the extensions is always recommended.

How long do lilyhair pre-bonded hair extensions last?
Pre-bonded hair extensions will last from 4 to 6 months while glue-in u-tip strands lifetime is 2 to 3 months. Manufacturers will often use higher quality hair with keratin tips. In other words, glue-in hair is targeting cheapest buyers hence shorter lifespan.
Synthetic and low-quality extensions won’t last more than a month. We recommend that you avoid those if you need something permanent. It’s important to note that although Virgin strands, like those from Lily Hair, can last up to six months and more, that doesn’t mean you can wear them continually. It’s a method where your hairstylist will have to refit strands every month or so.

What are the best products to use on my pre-bonded hair extensions?
Wash your pre-bonded hair extensions with the 100% sulfate-free shampoo that’s specially designed for hair extensions. This is the most effective and mildest way to make your extensions stay moisture.
And again, pre-bonded hair extensions don’t receive any nourishing, natural oils from the scalp like our own tresses do, so it’s best to wash them as infrequently as possible to prevent them from becoming unnecessarily dry.
Always try to stay away from shampoos containing the ingredient “Sulfate”. This causes excessive drying of the hair.
Deep condition after each wash. And always, always apply a heat-protection spray before heat styling. This will extend the life of your extensions when heat styling.
