Yes, you can use your Perfect Points for additional discounts and rewards combined with your VIP Member discount!
- Can I
use sale discounts with the VIP discount?
No, as a VIPRO member you cannot receive any more discounts on top of your 30% VIPRO discount, unless you use Perfect Points with your purchase.
- What if
I don't like it, can I get a refund?
The VIP Membership is non-refundable. We encourage you to do as much research as possible before signing up. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
- How
long is the membership valid?
It's valid for one year (365 days) from the exact date we approve your memebership. For example, if you have your membership on January 1st, 2018,, its would be valid until January 1st, 2019.
- Is it
transferable or can I share the membership?
No, the membership is only valid for 1 person, and cannot be transferred or shared with others. Doing so would be cause for immediate termination of the membership. We use IP tracking along with other security measures to ensure every member is in compliance with the terms and conditions.
- What is
the return policy for products?
