Sext Weft to your existing Lily Hair set. The 1 pc. Sext Weft is an individual 6-clip weft with six single wefts sewn together. It comes with eight different lengths ranging from 12”, 14”...to 26”, eight different weights in total.
Lily Hair adopts multi-tone adapt coloring system to help our hair extensions perfectly blend with your own hair, considering that your own hair shade can be slightly different.

Our 1 pc. Sext weft is the weft that has six single wefts sewn together on the double lace base. We take pride in our 1 pc. Sext weft by using double lace base which is breathable, soft and harmless that makes our hair extensions away from smelly sweat. One strip of lace can be stitched on 3 single wefts at the maximum for the most comfortable wearing experience. Our sext weft is created by stacking 6 single-weft on top of each other and binding the tops with double lace strips, to offer the enough volume and the seamless look with the best comfort experience. Clips are hand sewn with love, with a silicone grip underneath each clip to prevent slipping. All of our hair products undergo several inspections before being shipped. Please enter your shipping information correctly, including the recipient’s full name, street address, e-mail address and phone number. Any incorrect shipping information provided by our customer that finally cause the lost of the package, Lilyhair would not take the responsibility. Once your package is in the possession of the shipping company, Lilyhair is not to be held accountable for any delays or issues with their service which are rare but can happen. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sunday and holidays. We ship worldwide for free and use DHL to ship our products by default. Other shipping options like UPS, FedEx, EMS can also be arranged as raised. We ship from Qingdao, China.
Tracking your order
You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier or our customer service group for help. Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
Wrong address disclaimer
All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. If it’s the wrong address that doesn’t exist, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
International taxes and duties
International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Lilyhair, and thus cannot be refunded.
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
Please note that DHL pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at destination, plus a small administration fee.

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers in order to investigate this issue. Returns

What type of hair is Lilyhair?
Lilyhair only use 100% full-cuticle virgin hair which is considered to be the finest quality of human hair. Virgin hair is much better than remy hair, because virgin hair is from one single ponytail, which is considered to be the most luxurious way to collect hair.
Unlike other brands who use the so-called ‘remy hair’ that the most of which actually are fallen hair from the hair salons with no aligned roots or the unidirectional cuticles that ultimately call for the acid bath to remove the cuticles which is extremely hazardous to the hair and would make your hair extension extremely fragile.
Our virgin hair is of the highest quality with the cuticles kept intact and hair strands being thicker and stronger. The cuticles would remain intact wash after wash and tangle-free throughout its lifetime.

Can I color, tone, or bleach my hair extensions?
You may color, tone, or bleach your hair extensions, because they are 100% human hair. But we do not recommend bleaching your lilyhair as they have already been dyed at our manufacture, and forcing bleach on hair that has already been dyed can be difficult.
If you truly want to bleach your hair extensions, please consider our virgin hair with natural color and not color-treated before. If you would like to dye your hair, please opt for a lighter set to dye darker, rather than a darker set to bleach lighter.
And please be reminded that never try to dye the set yourself at home. Get yourself a professional hair colorist, ideally, someone who has had previous experience working with hair extensions. Test a small piece first before you decide to dye the extensions is always recommended.

Are clip in extensions better than glue in extensions?
Yes, clip in extensions are better than glue in extensions. Clip in hair extensions can give you longer and thicker hair instantly! You can install clip in extensions yourself at home in a few minutes. You don’t need a hairdresser or any products/equipment.
It’s easy,quick and safe, and you can remove them whenever you like. Most glue in extensions would need a hairdresser to install your hair extensions and that could cost you extra money. Clip in hair extensions are damage-free, while some glue-in extensions with terrible quality adhesive tape could leave damage to your natural hair when being removed.

How long do lilyhair extensions last?
Our extensions can last from 1 year to 2 years, it all depends on the way how you take care of them and how often you use them. The way they are cared for would largely decide the life-span of your hair extensions.
Your hair extensions are different from your own growing hair---they have no roots and unable to constantly get oil moisture from the scalp, so there’s no need for you to wash them very often---wash them everyday is absolutely a big no-no!
Wash your hair extensions after every 15 to 20 use is advisable or wash them when they look dirty, lifeless, have product build up or smell. Be sure to deep condition your extensions after each wash.
If you wear your extensions very frequently like everyday and keep doing heat styling on it, this in a long run could do harm on your extensions and shorten the lifespan of them. So be sure to use a heat protection spray before applying heat to minimize the damage and extend your hair extensions’ lifespan.

This largely depends on how often you wear them. You can probably use your best judgement in how often to wash them. Try not wash your hair extensions often, because unlike your natural hair, these extensions will not collect the natural oil from your scalp.
If you are still unsure how often you should wash your hair extensions, then please wash your hair extensions after every 15 to 20 use or wash them when they look dirty, lifeless, have product build up or smell. We don’t recommend blow drying your hair if you can avoid it.
However, if you are looking to wear the extensions immediately after and would like to dry them quickly, make sure to use heat-protection spray to extend the lifespan of your hair extensions whenever you use a thermal styling tool.

What are the best products to use on my clip in hair extensions?
Wash your hair extensions with the 100% sulfate-free shampoo that’s specially designed for hair extensions. This is the most effective and mildest way to make your extensions stay moisture.
And again, clip-in hair extensions don’t receive any nourishing, natural oils from the scalp like our own tresses do, so it’s best to wash them as infrequently as possible to prevent them from becoming unnecessarily dry.
Always try to stay away from shampoos containing the ingredient “Sulfate”. This causes excessive drying of the hair.
Deep condition after each wash. And always, always apply a heat-protection spray before heat styling. This will extend the life of your extensions when heat styling.
